Key Responsibilities
- Take full accountability for restaurant profitability and manage the P&L to achieve financial goals
- Drive sales through proactive guest service, people development, and efficient operations
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service in a clean and welcoming facility
- Manage guest experience by promptly addressing feedback and engaging with the local community through marketing initiatives
- Recruit, onboard, and retain an enthusiastic and effective restaurant team
- Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to enhance team performance and capabilities
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations, employment laws, and Burger King policies
- Maintain operational and brand standards, stepping in as needed to support Assistant and Shift Managers
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED; college education preferred
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience with strong leadership abilities
- Solid understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of guest service principles
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed
- Motivated to inspire and lead a dynamic team in a high-energy setting
