General Manager – Full Time

We are a well-established restaurant group with multiple locations throughout the Northeast, known for delivering exceptional dining experiences in a lively, casual atmosphere. For more than three decades, our focus has remained the same: serve outstanding food, provide warm hospitality, and create value for our guests.

We're currently seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to excellence in both culinary operations and team development.

What You'll Do

• Train, mentor, and guide hourly staff to consistently deliver company food quality and service expectations.
• Maintain high operational standards across all areas, including product quality, customer service, sanitation, and safety.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to achieve or surpass established business objectives.
• Analyze operational challenges, determine underlying causes, and implement effective corrective solutions.
• Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing employee development.
• Foster a supportive, team-focused work environment built on accountability, efficiency, and strong values.
• Represent the brand by promoting its core principles and delivering a distinctive guest experience.
• Collaborate with CEO to monitor performance indicators and help achieve financial and operational goals.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable health codes, safety standards, and employment laws.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000 annually
