Position Summary
Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring for the Restaurant General Manager role on behalf of its client, a growing restaurant chain. The General Manager is the leader of the shop, creating an environment of belonging and teamwork that makes it a fun place for team members and customers alike. The client is looking for someone who demonstrates its values of good vibes, community, integrity, accountability, teamwork and innovation, who can build relationships and develop others, and who brings business acumen around P&L, food cost and labor.

Key Responsibilities

• Train, coach and develop all shop team members; assess staff abilities and implement development plans.
  
• Interview, select and hire team members who represent the client's values.
  
• Effectively schedule associates, certified trainers and shift leaders; hold regular meetings with key shop staff.
  
• Delegate tasks and ensure a high standard of execution.
  
• Ensure security procedures, back-of-house procedural standards and daily cash handling procedures are followed.
  
• Drive neighborhood shop marketing and promotions, including sourcing and recruiting outside the shop.
  
• Control cost of goods, variances and inventories within the shop.
  

Required Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
  
• Business acumen, including understanding and talking through a P&L, food cost and labor.
  
• Ability to build relationships and to train and develop others.
  
• New store opening experience is a plus.
  

Compensation: $60,000 to $65,000 per year, with 401(k) and 401(k) matching, 403(b), medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, paid training, flexible schedule and employee discount.

Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
