Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant General Manager in the Broomfield area for a new store opening! The ideal Restaurant General Manager is a guest-focused, results-driven leader who develops strong teams, drives financial performance, upholds brand standards, and ensures operational excellence in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations while consistently championing our mission, vision, and values
- Prioritize exceptional guest experiences while maintaining strong financial performance and brand standards
- Recruit, train, and develop a strong leadership pipeline at every level of the restaurant
- Oversee staffing, payroll, maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and overall restaurant presentation
- Hold management and service teams accountable for operational excellence, performance, and consistent execution
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: up to $90,000

Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a full service or upscale casual concept
- Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
- Restaurant general manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
