What You'll Do
Guest Experience and Operations
- Own the guest experience end to end, setting and holding the standard for hospitality across every service moment
- Lead daily operations in partnership with your management team
- Ensure consistency in food, beverage, and service quality on every cover
- Partner with the marketing team on events, activations, and brand initiatives
- Maintain full compliance with sanitation, safety, and local regulations
Financial Performance
- Drive sales while managing labor and food and beverage costs in line with budget targets
- Oversee payroll processing, weekly scheduling, and cash handling compliance
- Monitor KPIs and financial performance and use the data to make smart operational decisions
Team Leadership and Development
- Build, develop, and lead a team that reflects the values and energy of this concept
- Foster a culture that is inclusive, respectful, and genuinely fun to be part of
- Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and succession planning at every level
- Champion strong communication and collaboration between FOH, BOH, and management
