We are searching for a people-first General Manager to lead a high-volume, nationally recognized sandwich concept.

This role is for a leader who believes great results start with a great team. We’re looking for a coach, mentor, and culture builder who can develop people, set clear goals, and create an environment where Team Members want to perform and grow.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a strong restaurant team
• Set clear goals and hold the team accountable for results
• Elevate service, speed, quality, and overall performance
• Build a positive, high-energy workplace culture
• Manage labor, food costs, scheduling, inventory, and daily operations
• Develop future leaders from within the team
• Build relationships and actively engage with the local community
• Lead from the floor and set the standard every day

What We’re Looking For

• Team leadership experience
• A genuine coach and mentor, not simply a manager
• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
• Proven ability to build, motivate, and retain teams
• Operationally strong and comfortable with restaurant KPIs
• Energetic, approachable, and community-minded
