    • You will own the responsibilities for the restaurant staff in daily tasks, training, and developing them into assets of your team.
    • Use creativity and communication to build a loyal customer base, and increase sales.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the daily delivery business to multiple points of distribution on neighboring Naval Bases
    • Recruit, train, and manage a team of 40-50 members, including supervisors, to maintain optimal staffing levels and performance
    • Develop weekly work schedules and continually improve customer service and operational efficiency
    • Ensure compliance with all state and federal labor laws 
    • Maintain knowledge of menu offerings
    • Conduct weekly inventories, manage food and supplies ordering, and ensure accurate payroll reporting
    • Drive sales through exceptional customer service, sampling, suggestive selling, and educational engagement
    • Manage guest complaints effectively and ensure adherence to food safety practices
    • Collaborate on sales-building initiatives and maintain positive relationships with vendors and local inspectors
    • Lead during busy periods to uphold the brand's quality standards and ensure timely food preparation and delivery



    You will:

    • Have a minimum of 2 years in Restaurant Management
    • Ability to pass military background checks
    • Show success in previous positions
    • Flexibility to work a varied schedule 
    • Be physically fit and able to regularly walk, climb, crouch, and move up to 50 pounds at a time
    • Be able to thrive in a quick-paced environment
    • Demonstrate outstanding leadership, communication, and training
    • Have a stable work history
