As a General Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our restaurant and delivering top-notch service to our guests.
Job Overview:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the restaurant operations including managing labor and costs
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members
- Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional service
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Oversee scheduling and ensure proper staffing levels

Requirements:
