The Restaurant General Manager will oversee a medium-sized team of 20-50 employees, ensuring smooth daily operations of the restaurant. Reporting to the regional manager, this role requires strong leadership to maintain high standards in customer service, staff management, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead restaurant staff to deliver excellent service
- Oversee inventory control and ordering processes
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Create and manage staff schedules efficiently
- Ensure quality assurance across food and service standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational regulations
- Conduct staff training and development programs
- Supervise facility maintenance and upkeep
