IHOP - Immediate Restaurant General Manager

Responsibilities include:
- Execute guest service and human resource objectives according to IHOP Standard Operating Procedures
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with employees and franchisee organization
- Manage restaurant floor, ensuring regular guest contact
- Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly
- Ensure compliance with SOP in areas like recruitment, training, operations, food safety, and security practices
- Supervise recruitment, training, workflow, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution
- Complete required reports and paperwork accurately and on time
- Maintain personnel files with necessary documents
- Available to work days, nights, and weekends
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Basic computer skills (Email, MS Excel, MS Word is a plus)
