Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Ensure exceptional service by training and supervising the front-of-house team, resolving guest concerns, and fostering a friendly atmosphere.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house staff to maintain high standards and efficiency.
• Restaurant Operations: Oversee daily operations, manage seating, and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area.
• Administrative Responsibilities: Assist in scheduling, payroll, and inventory management to support seamless operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a full-service or BBQ restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Schedule
Full-time position with a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
