    Front of House Director | High-Volume Quick Service

    Our high-volume, people-first quick service restaurant is looking for a Front of House Director who leads with purpose, develops talent relentlessly, and delivers exceptional service and guest experiences every single shift.


    What You Bring

    • 3+ years of restaurant management experience in quick service or fast casual (required)
    • A strong track record of developing people and building high-performing teams
    • Solid command of front of house operations, including drive-thru efficiency, order accuracy, speed of service, and guest satisfaction
    • ServSafe Certified or ability to obtain certification within the first 60 days
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
    • Detail-oriented, data-driven, and composed when priorities shift fast
    • Strong communication skills and a hands-on approach to leadership


    What You'll Do

    • Lead front of house operations — service, standards, culture, and financial performance
    • Coach and develop team members and leaders to deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient service
    • Oversee dining room, front counter, and drive-thru operations to create a consistent guest experience
    • Monitor service metrics and turn guest feedback into actionable improvements
    • Partner with back of house leadership to keep orders moving accurately and efficiently during peak periods
    • Partner with ownership and senior leadership to align operational strategy with business goals
    • Collaborate with recruitment to match internal candidate readiness with current and future growth needs
    • Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health standards
    • Manage labor, scheduling, and controllable expenses to hit financial targets


    What You Get
