Director Responsibilities:
- Owning results across People, Place, Product, and Profit for your area of the business
- Leading, coaching, and developing people into their next level of leadership
- Driving key business targets, including Talent, Customer Experience, Sales and Brand Growth, and Financial Stewardship
- Upholding food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards at an Elite level
- Building and maintaining systems, scorecards, and checklists so results are repeatable
- Leading weekly Director meetings and owning follow-through on action items
- Solving problems in real time and holding the team accountable to high standards
- Winning the hearts of guests and team members every day
- Modeling our SHIELD values (Stewardship, Humility, Integrity, Excellence, Love, Development) for the entire team
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience, ideally in a restaurant, the military, or other business role
- Track record of achieving measurable results
- Strong business acumen, including comfort working with financial and operational data
- Ability to lead, coach, and hold other leaders accountable
- Commitment to deliver world-class hospitality
- Reliable and strives for excellence
- Strong desire to serve people and develop others
- Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems under pressure
