Position Summary

The Director is responsible for leading daily restaurant operations while developing leaders, driving operational excellence, and creating a remarkable experience for both guests and team members. This role is expected to model Chick-fil-A's values, maintain high standards of food safety and quality, and build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and Team Members.
• Identify and mentor future leaders through ongoing training and development.
• Foster a positive, encouraging, and high-performance work environment.

Operations

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.
• Maintain Chick-fil-A brand standards in food quality, cleanliness, hospitality, and speed of service.
• Ensure operational systems and procedures are consistently followed.
• Lead shifts while supporting and coaching the leadership team.
