Restaurant Culinary / Kitchen Manager

Jamaican, Caribbean & American restaurant looking for female manager/customer service manager.  

Saint Albans, Queens, NY

Task as follows 

• make sure all food portions are

  Served properly 

• make sure all customers are being served in a timely manner and all customer complaints are addressed 
• make sure workers keep restaurant clean and sanitary at all times. 
• make sure all food is served fresh warm and presentable in plates 
• make sure all call in orders are properly shared and all Uber eats and Grubhub delivery orders are properly shared and done promptly 

  We are looking for an individual that has very good people and customer service skills. Applicant must have at least 5 years experience in the food industry and also be able to use pos register systems, tablets, smart phones and computers. 

  Applicant must be a business oriented individual with skill sets to grow a restaurant by keeping existing customers happy and help attract new customers. 

  Applicant must always have experience with carribean American food to taste and make sure all meals are being cooked to proper taste by the chefs, applicant also must help give inventory check of the day to day goods, foods & beverages that are being ordered and sold at restaurant 

  If applicant posses cooking and recipe    

• knowledge of carribean /West Indian food that is a big plus. 

  Thank you. 

  Salary starting at 50k plus bonus if sales increase and or stay consistent with restaurant average high sales.
