Restaurant Coordinator

You’ll receive intentional mentorship and development from our Directors and Owner/Operator while gaining hands-on experience leading a multi-million-dollar restaurant. You’ll also play an important role in developing Shift Leaders and Team Members while helping lead the restaurant at a high level.

At the Coordinator level, you will take ownership of a specific area of the business and be responsible for its results. You’ll also play an important role in developing Shift Leaders and Team Members while helping lead the restaurant at a high level.

Coordinator Opportunities

Possible Coordinator positions include: Marketing, Drive-Thru, Training, Kitchen, HR, Hospitality, Catering

Availability of specific positions varies. Some Coordinator roles rotate every 6–9 months and may be more competitive.

What You’ll Do

As a Coordinator, you’ll have the opportunity to lead others, build relationships with guests and Team Members, solve problems, and use your individual strengths to make an impact on the business.

Advancement to a Director role may also be available for high-performing Coordinators who want to continue growing within Chick-fil-A.

Pay: $18–$22 per hour
