Atomic Wings is looking for a friendly and dependable Restaurant Cashier to provide excellent customer service and help create a positive guest experience. This position plays an important role in ensuring orders are processed accurately while maintaining a clean and welcoming front counter area.
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
Location: Cleveland, OH
Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Accurately process cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions.
Take customer orders and answer questions regarding menu items and promotions.
Maintain an accurate cash drawer and balance transactions.
Issue receipts and process refunds according to company procedures.
Package orders and verify order accuracy before delivery to customers.
Keep the cashier station and dining area clean, organized, and stocked.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.
Assist with stocking, cleaning, and additional duties as assigned.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members.
Qualifications
Previous cashier, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic math and cash-handling abilities.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable attendance and positive attitude.
