We're seeking energetic, hardworking, and team-oriented Restaurant Bussers who take pride in creating a clean, organized, and welcoming environment that allows guests to enjoy every moment of their dining experience.

Job Summary

As a Restaurant Busser, you will play a vital role in supporting restaurant operations and ensuring guests enjoy a seamless dining experience. Working closely with servers, bartenders, hosts, and culinary teams, you'll help maintain dining room cleanliness, reset tables efficiently, assist with guest needs, and contribute to the fast-paced energy of Netflix House.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working as part of a team, thrive in active environments, and understand that every detail contributes to exceptional hospitality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Quickly and efficiently clear, clean, and reset tables to Levy's service and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready dining room throughout service periods.
• Support servers and bartenders by delivering beverages, bread service, condiments, and other guest-requested items.
• Assist in creating an exceptional guest experience through prompt and courteous service.
• Transport used dishes, glassware, flatware, and service items to designated dishwashing areas.
• Stock and replenish service stations with silverware, linens, glassware, condiments, and necessary dining supplies.
• Assist with dining room setup before service and breakdown after service periods.
• Clean booths, chairs, tables, service stations, and dining room floors as needed.
• Fold napkins, polish serviceware, and complete side work assignments to support smooth restaurant operations.
• Assist with guest seating, wayfinding, and special requests when needed.
• Support special events, VIP experiences, and high-volume operating periods.
• Communicate effectively with restaurant leadership and team members to ensure consistent guest service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, entertainment, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the duration of a shift.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
