Your Role
As the Restaurant Bartender - Server, you’ll be the face of our dining experience—crafting cocktails, serving meals, and creating memorable moments for every guest.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and serve guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Mix and serve beverages in compliance with OLCC and company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar and dining areas.
- Perform opening/closing duties and manage cash handling.
- Support breakfast and evening receptions and buffet restocking.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
- Adapt to various roles including bartender, server, busser, or dishwasher as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ months of bartending experience.
- Previous food service and customer service experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Required: Oregon Food Handlers Permit & OLCC Alcohol Service Permit.
- Preferred: ServSafe Certification.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and squatting throughout shift.
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
