Key Responsibilities

Greet, seat, and assist guests in a friendly and timely manner.
Manage waiting lists and answer phone inquiries.
Process guest payments and handle cash register transactions.
Promote bakery items and package to-go orders.
Maintain cleanliness of the lobby, dining room, restrooms, bakery displays, and cashier area.
Assist servers with pre-bussing, table maintenance, and side work.
Monitor guest satisfaction and address needs throughout their visit.
Communicate service, safety, or equipment concerns to management.

Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Basic reading, writing, math, and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible schedule.

Experience

No experience required; training provided.
