We’re hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily floor operations and staff performance.
Support scheduling, training, and team management.
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care.
Assist with inventory, ordering, and reporting.
What You’ll Bring:
Prior leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Desire to grow into higher leadership roles.
Requirements
Available to work evening shifts from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills
Physically able to stand, lift, and move for extended periods
Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and organization
Must be authorized to work in the United States
