Weâre hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily floor operations and staff performance.
- Support scheduling, training, and team management.
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care.
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and reporting.
What Youâll Bring:
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Desire to grow into higher leadership roles.
Requirements
- Available to work evening shifts from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills
- Physically able to stand, lift, and move for extended periods
- Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and organization
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
