Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift transitions and optimal service flow
• Supervise and motivate staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and conducting performance evaluations
• Oversee food preparation and presentation to meet quality standards and uphold food safety regulations
• Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
• Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all food handling and kitchen activities
• Support customer service excellence by resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Manage shift schedules, oversee kitchen and front-of-house operations, and ensure timely delivery of services
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to support restaurant profitability
• Lead staff training initiatives focused on food production, food safety, hospitality practices, and team development

Experience

• Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with supervisory responsibilities
• Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
• Experience in inventory control, food safety standards, and cash handling procedures
• Background in fine dining or casual dining settings with banquet or catering experience is a plus
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of staff training & development and team management
• Previous roles involving restaurant management or assistant manager experience are highly valued
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining excellent customer service
