Restaurant Assistant General Manager | Upscale | New Location

We're looking for an Assistant General Manager with at least four years of restaurant management experience, a genuine passion for hospitality, and the leadership presence to help build something exceptional.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the GM to lead daily FOH operations and set the standard for guest experience on every shift
• Lead recruitment, training, scheduling, and development of all front of house staff
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and build effective floor plans for each service
• Coach and develop team members on hospitality, service standards, and professional growth
• Conduct performance evaluations and handle disciplinary matters in line with company policy
• Perform facility inspections and flag maintenance needs promptly
• Participate in weekly manager meetings and contribute to broader operational goals

What You Bring

• 4+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service polished or upscale environment
• A solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to lead through challenges with composure
• Experience with Toast, Resy, or Hotschedules preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to develop people
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
