Restaurant Assistant General Manager

We are seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
• Train and manage kitchen personnel and counter staff 
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
• Working all positions 

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or other related fields 
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail 

Requirements 

• 2 years minimum in leadership role for a high volume quick service restaurant
• EARLY risers *** 4-5 am start time 
• Weekends and ALL Holidays mandatory 
• Must have valid Driver’s license 
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs 
• Ability to be on your feet for entire shift
