What You’ll Be Doing

Side by side with the GM, you’ll lead daily front of house operations and set the tone for every shift. You’ll recruit, inspire, and develop a standout front of house team while owning the guest experience from the warm welcome to the final farewell. You’ll keep systems, standards, and service running at a high level and help drive the sales and culture that keep guests coming back. And as one of our early leaders, you’ll help create the habits and processes that define this restaurant for years to come.

What You Bring to the Table

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in full service or polished casual dining
• New restaurant opening experience is a big plus at this stage of our journey
• A natural gift for leading and connecting with people, solving problems quickly, and staying calm when the floor gets slammed
• A guest first mindset, a love for elevated hospitality, and a real hunger to grow
