What You'll Do
- Run daily operations alongside the GM from opening to close
- Lead and develop FOH and BOH teams through coaching, training, and culture-building
- Own the guest experience on every visit and handle concerns with professionalism and care
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Drive sales and maintain food quality and cleanliness standards
- Keep the operation in full compliance with health and safety requirements
What You Bring
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate a team and hold the standard under pressure
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, POS systems, inventory management, and cost control
- A genuine guest-first mindset and the interpersonal skills to back it up
