You'll lead the team, protect service standards, respond to guest needs, and manage the business with a focus on both hospitality and financial performance.Responsibilities include:Continuously improve the operation's ability to anticipate guest needs, investigate problems, identify root causes, and provide immediate and lasting solutionsHire, schedule, train, develop, empower, coach, and counsel employeesConduct performance and salary reviews and recommend discipline or termination when appropriateMaintain open communication with employees and support a positive, accountable team environmentImplement company and franchise programs and ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and applicable federal, state, and local requirementsManage the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, room service, and other food and beverage outlets as requiredForecast, implement, monitor, control, and report on outlet budgets and their components, including labor, food, beverage, supplies, and equipmentEnsure adequate staffing and supplies are available to provide top-quality guest serviceMonitor customer trends, needs, issues, comments, and problems to enhance the guest experience and future sales opportunitiesCreate, recommend, and implement promotions, displays, buffet presentations, and other ideas to capture more in-house guests and increase local market shareMonitor maintenance and sanitation of outlet areas and equipment to protect company assets and ensure regulatory complianceControl expenses while supporting revenue growth and service qualityParticipate in special projects, task forces, and committees as requiredPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedThe Ideal Candidate Is:Experienced in restaurant and/or hotel food and beverage operationsA confident people leader with the ability to supervise and develop a team of approximately 31–50 employeesStrong in guest service, communication, and conflict resolutionAble to analyze current activities and information, draw logical conclusions, and make recommendationsComfortable making decisions within established policies and proceduresHighly organized and able to manage multiple operational prioritiesAble to read and implement policies, procedures, forecasts, schedules, and SOPsComfortable working with restaurant and hotel equipment, including point-of-sale and beverage equipmentAble to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while remaining visible and engaged with the operationHas two to three years of full-time experience in a related positionHas more than two years of post-high-school education or equivalent relevant preparationScheduleFlexible schedule: approximately 40–50 hours over a five-day periodScheduled days and times may vary based on business needsNo travel requiredPhysical RequirementsStanding/Mobility: Approximately 95% of the shift is spent moving throughout the food and beverage outlets being supervisedLifting/Carrying: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry tables, chairs, trays, plates, and chafing dishes weighing approximately 20–40 lbs.Bending: Ability to bend to pick up items, assist with food service, and retrieve suppliesStairs: Ability to climb stairs as required by the locationEnvironment: Primarily indoors; temperatures may exceed 100°F when working near outside dining facilities or assisting in the kitchenWhy You'll Love Working HereYou'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both the guest experience and the team behind it.
