Key Responsibilities

Prepare menu items according to recipes and company standards.
Ensure proper portioning, food quality, and timely preparation.
Stock, rotate, and store food using FIFO procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, prep, and storage areas.
Follow food safety, OSHA, and health department standards.
Clean kitchen equipment and work areas throughout each shift.
Communicate equipment, safety, or service issues to management.
Assist team members with food prep, dishwashing, and dining room cleanliness as needed.

Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Work in hot, cold, and fast-paced environments.
Basic reading, writing, math, and communication skills.
Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures.

No experience required; training provided.
