Respite Care/Home Health Aide

Saratoga Medical (DBA Saratoga Ascend) is hiring a Respite Care/Home Health Aide at Radcliff, KY. This is a great opportunity for someone with healthcare or caregiving experience to provide compassionate, hands-on support to individuals with daily care and medical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily activities including feeding, dressing, hygiene, and mobility
• Administer medications and operate specialized medical equipment (e.g., feeding pumps, suction devices)
• Provide care for individuals with complex medical conditions
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with families and care teams
• Ensure safety and compliance with all regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in special needs care (or relevant degree/certification: CNA, LPN, RN)
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• TB test clearance and ability to pass background checks
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, empathetic demeanor
