Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• BS completion preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - Prior clinical experience in a critical care setting. - Prior experience with adult and pediatric populations.
Preferred Credentials: - Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field preferred.
Special Requests: - Punchbowl campus parking is not approved. If the traveler elects to park on campus, it is at the traveler’s expense and can cost up to $50/day. - Neal Blaisdell Center parking costs $7/day. Travelers wearing a Queen’s-issued badge can use the employee shuttle to and from Queen’s/Blaisdell. - West O’ahu campus parking costs $15/month and must be arranged through the West O’ahu HR department. - Time-off requests during the contract term are not allowed.
Shift & Scheduling: - Must be available on weekends.

Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
