Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is required.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.
Special Requests: RTO is not allowed within the first two weeks of the start date. Minimal RTO is requested. Cannot work another job while applying for this assignment.
Unit Details: Patient ratio: 1:1. Common diagnoses include ESRD and CKD. Ventilator patients may be encountered, but are handled by the critical care nurse. A hospitalist or intensivist is in house. An IV team is available. Respiratory therapy coverage is available 24/7. Pharmacy is available 24/7.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend is required; clinicians must be able to work Sundays and the entire weekend. Holiday coverage is required. Must be available to start on the listed orientation dates.
Floating Requirements: Floats between the dialysis unit and critical care.
14 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
