Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Respiratory Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is required.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 24 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: 2 years PICU or CTPICU experience in a pediatric hospital is required. Pediatric hospital experience is required. Ventilator equipment requirement: Servo-U.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Pediatric cardiac ICU experience is preferred.
Special Requests: All RTO included in the signed contract will be honored. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Unit Details: This role supports the CVPICU/Cardiac Stepdown unit. Patient population ranges from neonatal to adult, including patients with congenital or acquired heart disease, heart failure, heart or lung transplants, VAD/ECMO, tracheostomy-ventilator dependency, and pre- and post-operative care. Required unit equipment includes V60, HFOV 3100A/B, and nitric oxide.
Shift & Scheduling: Travelers are scheduled to work every other weekend, subject to change based on RTO and unit needs. Call required: Can be placed on-call for overtime shifts.
Floating Requirements: Required to float to General Floors, ED, NICU, PICU, and Pulmonary.
14 days maximum time off
2 Manager references required from within the last 12 months

Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
