Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Neonatal experience with Bubble CPAP and a ventilator is required.
Special Requests: An interview may not be available prior to offer. At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Unit Details: The department handles 10-30 treatments per day. Patient population is mostly adults but also includes pediatric and neonatal patients. Coverage includes inpatient, outpatient, and ER areas. RTs draw ABGs and perform EKGs. The night-shift therapist is the only therapist in-house, with a second therapist on call. Equipment includes Puritan Bennett 980 ventilators, C1 Hamilton CPAP and BiPAP systems, AirVo and Vapotherm high-flow systems, and Fisher & Paykel Bubble CPAP. A hospitalist is in-house.
Shift & Scheduling: Self-scheduling is not available. Weekend coverage is required on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday nights. On-call coverage is needed about 4 days per month on Saturday through Monday nights, with a 1-hour response time. Holiday coverage is required. Clinicians must be in state for the week of orientation, even if first-day modules are remote.
Floating Requirements: No floating is required outside of RT; in an extreme need, floating could occur within Zone 1: PEN, SFH, SFI, SMC, and STM.
Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
