Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist - $1710 per week.

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Respiratory Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

• 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Must be able to assist with bronchs.
• Must be proficient with at least one of the following: Servo I, Jets, or oscillators.
• Must have 2 years of strong ICU experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• NICU experience preferred.

Unit Details:

• Expected workload is 35-40 procedures (RVUs) per day per RT.
• The role involves running all ventilators, BiPAP V60, and CPAP.
• The clinician responds to Clinical Response Team calls with the lead.
• The clinician is responsible for all ABGs.
• The role is in a very high-acuity environment.

Shift & Scheduling:

• The schedule includes 4 total weekend shifts per 4 weeks.
• The clinician must participate in a holiday rotation based on unit coverage.

Floating Requirements:

• The clinician is assigned to a specific area each day and does not float to outpatient areas.

Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
