What Youll Do- Manage ventilation care for pediatric and ALS patients
- Conduct comprehensive respiratory assessments
- Set up, operate, and monitor advanced respiratory equipment
- Provide education and training for patients and caregivers
- Maintain detailed documentation of care activities
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Offer on-call consultations to support ongoing patient management
What You Need- Active RRT or RN license in Massachusetts
- Pediatric and/or ALS ventilation experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Deductive problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am 5:00 pm; on-call availability one week every 46 weeks
