Pay & Benefits
  • Hourly pay rate of $45–$50/hour

  • Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 after 60 days; additional $2,000 after 180 days

What You’ll Do
  • Manage ventilation care for pediatric and ALS patients
  • Conduct comprehensive respiratory assessments
  • Set up, operate, and monitor advanced respiratory equipment
  • Provide education and training for patients and caregivers
  • Maintain detailed documentation of care activities
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Offer on-call consultations to support ongoing patient management

What You Need
  • Active RRT or RN license in Massachusetts
  • Pediatric and/or ALS ventilation experience preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Deductive problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm; on-call availability one week every 4–6 weeks
