    Position Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality respiratory care to patients across a variety of clinical needs. This position requires strong clinical judgment, technical respiratory therapy skills, and the ability to respond effectively in high-acuity and emergency situations.

    The ideal candidate is dependable, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a demanding healthcare environment.

    Required Qualifications

    • Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy
    • Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license in the State of Arkansas
    • Current BLS certification
    • Current ACLS certification
    • Current PALS certification
    • Current NRP certification
    • Strong clinical judgment and ability to respond appropriately to changes in patient condition

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Ability to work effectively in physically demanding clinical environments
    • Comfortable working in environments with potential exposure to biological and chemical hazards
    • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
    • Demonstrated reliability and professionalism
