What Youll Do
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients respiratory needs
Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot respiratory and ventilator equipment
Educate patients and families on equipment use and therapy adherence
Communicate findings to physicians and document patient care accurately
Support patient compliance and understanding of treatment plans
Respond to on-call needs for NIV patients as required
Maintain compliance with safety standards and certifications
What You Need
Required:
Valid RRT, CRT, or RN licensure in New Mexico
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong clinical assessment skills
Excellent communication and independent work skills
Preferred:
Completion of an accredited respiratory care program
Home respiratory care experience
Degree in respiratory therapy or related science
At least one year of relevant work experience
