Quick Facts

• Experience: RRT, CRT, or RN licensure in NM required

• Pay: Per-service payment from $5 to $100; pay package discussed upon application

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ respiratory needs
• Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot respiratory and ventilator equipment
• Educate patients and families on equipment use and therapy adherence
• Communicate findings to physicians and document patient care accurately
• Support patient compliance and understanding of treatment plans
• Respond to on-call needs for NIV patients as required
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and certifications

What You Need
Required:

• Valid RRT, CRT, or RN licensure in New Mexico
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Excellent communication and independent work skills

Preferred:

• Completion of an accredited respiratory care program
• Home respiratory care experience
• Degree in respiratory therapy or related science
• At least one year of relevant work experience
