Completion of respiratory therapy program.
Must have a valid Wisconsin Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license
CRT required and RRT strongly preferred before start.
For PRN roles, at least 1 year of RCP work experience is preferred.
Must have current CPR certification- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required.
Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification- American Heart Association (AHA) training is required within 6 months.
PRN Schedule Options:
PRN Tier I:
Three (3) – 12 hour shifts = 36 hours per 6 week schedulePRN Tier II:
PRN Tier III:
• Six (6)- 12 hour shifts = 72 hours per 6 week schedule
* PRN RCP hires that transition to an FTE RCP position within 6 months of hire are eligible for the sign-on bonus typically reserved only for new hires
