What You'll Do
- Conduct patient assessments for respiratory therapy needs
- Educate patients on respiratory equipment use and maintenance
- Set up and monitor non-invasive ventilation (NIV) and other respiratory devices
- Respond to patient needs with clinical expertise and compassion
- Communicate findings to physicians for optimal patient care
- Document services accurately and thoroughly
- Support patient compliance and therapy understanding
What You Need
Required:- Valid RT (RRT or CRT) license or RN license in Colorado
- Experience in respiratory equipment setup preferred
- Strong communication and patient education skills
Preferred:- Prior experience in home health or respiratory therapy settings
