Pay & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $37–$40 (dependent on experience)
• Mileage reimbursement for home visits
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 after 60 days, and an additional $2,000 after 180 days

What You’ll Do

• Perform clinical assessments in patients’ homes
• Manage and troubleshoot respiratory and medical equipment
• Support patients with ventilator management and respiratory care
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop and implement care plans
• Document care activities accurately and timely
• Respond to emergency calls and health concerns as needed
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with health standards

What You Need
Required:

• Active RRT or RN licensure in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience, ideally in home healthcare
• Proficiency with medical equipment and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Flexibility to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and respond to emergency calls

Preferred:

• Experience with ventilator management and advanced respiratory equipment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office
• Bilingual skills and additional certifications such as N95 fit testing
