Pay & Benefits
- Pay Range: $62,400 $79,040/year (~$30$38/hour)
- Mileage reimbursement for travel within service area
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 after 60 days; additional $2,000 after 180 days

What Youll Do
- Conduct comprehensive in-home patient assessments and safety evaluations.
- Provide patient and caregiver education on respiratory therapy and equipment use.
- Monitor and troubleshoot respiratory devices including oxygen therapy, NIV, and invasive ventilation as needed.
- Support pediatric respiratory services, including discharge coordination and follow-up.
- Adjust ventilator settings based on physician orders and protocols.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with healthcare standards.
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical equipment needs and patient discharges.
What You Need
- Valid Arizona RRT or RN license.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED; additional clinical education/licensure preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency with basic technology.
- Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 65 lbs.
- Ability to work independently in a large geographic area.
