Pay & Benefits
  • Pay Range: $62,400 – $79,040/year (~$30–$38/hour)
  • Mileage reimbursement for travel within service area
  • Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 after 60 days; additional $2,000 after 180 days
  • Benefits may include PTO, holidays, 401(k), medical/dental/vision, HSA/FSA, EAP, and more.
  • Pay package discussed upon application.
What You’ll Do
  • Conduct comprehensive in-home patient assessments and safety evaluations.
  • Provide patient and caregiver education on respiratory therapy and equipment use.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot respiratory devices including oxygen therapy, NIV, and invasive ventilation as needed.
  • Support pediatric respiratory services, including discharge coordination and follow-up.
  • Adjust ventilator settings based on physician orders and protocols.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with healthcare standards.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for critical equipment needs and patient discharges.
What You Need
  • Valid Arizona RRT or RN license.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or GED; additional clinical education/licensure preferred.
  • Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency with basic technology.
  • Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 65 lbs.
  • Ability to work independently in a large geographic area.
