Compensation: $29.56 to $40.65 per hour (based on experience)
Differentials: +$4.25/hr (Nights) | +$3.00/hr (Weekends)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000

Administer routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures to patients of all ages.
Operate and manage acute-care ventilators for both short- and long-term mechanical ventilation.
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in accordance with established clinical protocols.
Assess, document, and communicate patient responses and therapy outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the care team to ensure safe, effective treatment.
Maintain accurate department and hospital records within EMR systems.
Demonstrate self-direction and critical thinking, functioning independently in the absence of a team lead.
Required:
Active Florida Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license or eligibility for licensure
Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RRT experience (within the last year)
CRT experience may be considered
BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire)
Preferred:
Advanced life support certifications (ACLS, PALS or NRP)
Experience with ventilator management, ABG analysis, and critical care respiratory protocols
