Pay & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $30.00 $38.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Sign-On Bonus: $4,000 ($2,000 at 60 days, $2,000 at 180 days)
- Additional Compensation: On-call coverage for after-hours patient needs

What Youll Do
- Conduct in-home respiratory assessments and equipment setup
- Manage ventilators and oxygen therapy equipment per physician instructions
- Monitor and troubleshoot respiratory devices
- Provide patient education and support for respiratory therapies
- Assist with clinical training and team onboarding
- Participate in after-hours call responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with safety and respiratory protection standards
What You Need
Required:- Active RRT or CRT license in Arkansas or Missouri
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of clinical respiratory therapy experience
- Willingness to travel daily within assigned territory
Preferred:- Home healthcare or DME experience
- Degree in respiratory therapy or related field
