    What You’ll Do

    As a Respiratory Therapist, you’ll be a vital member of our patient care team, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional respiratory care. 

    • Deliver hands-on respiratory care including ventilator management, arterial blood gas analysis, therapeutic gas administration, and emergency interventions.
    • Follow specified treatment parameters when providing care and operating equipment.
    • Read and interpret prescriptions, measure arterial blood gases, and review patient information to assess condition.
    • Determine appropriate treatment methods, duration, precautions, medications, and dosages—ensuring alignment with physician orders.
    • Monitor patient responses to therapy including vital signs, arterial blood gases, and blood chemistry changes; promptly consult with physicians if adverse reactions occur.
    • Play a key role in rapid response and code situations, where your expertise and quick decision-making make an immediate difference including artificial respiration, external cardiac massage, and assistance with CPR.
    • Conduct electrocardiograms (ECGs/EKGs) 
    • Use professional judgment and experience to plan and accomplish patient care goals.
    • Enjoy a manageable workload with fair scheduling practices designed to support work-life balance.

    Who We’re Looking For

    • Must be a graduate of an approved course of respiratory care.
    • Certified Respiratory Therapists and Registered Respiratory Therapists may be considered.
    • Must have current licensure with the State of Colorado.
    • Must have current BLS certification and must maintain current status throughout employment.
    • ACLS and PALS certifications must be obtained within six months of employment and maintained throughout employment.
    • Minimum of two years’ experience as a practicing Respiratory Therapist preferred.

    • Pay Range: $30.52 - $40.00/hour (based on experience)
    • Shift Differentials: $2–$4/hour for nights and weekends
    • Sign-On: $10,000 Sign-on Bonus

    Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
