Position Summary Information

Job Description Summary:

The CLAS IT Resource Technician's scope of responsibilities range from but are not limited to training, equipment setup and basic troubleshooting as assigned by the Department of CLAS IT.

Requirements:

• Excellent skills in communication, customer service, and time management.
• Individual training sessions.
• Website maintenance.
• Quality control of CLAS computer labs.
• Assisting with hardware assemblies.
• Inventory tracking.
• Moving and delivery of equipment.
• Other special projects as assigned.

Additional Information:

No technical experience is required. Student workers will receive training from CLAS IT staff.

Physical Demands Summary:

• Must be able to travel with a laptop.
• Must be able to lift 20lbs.

Wage Rate: 11.25/HR
