Resource Management Partner – Marketing

IDR is seeking a Resource Management Partner – Marketing to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves collaborating closely with marketing teams to manage budgets, forecasts, procurement, and vendor relationships within a fast-paced, global environment. It offers a chance to work at the intersection of finance and marketing operations, supporting strategic investment and operational efficiency.

Position Overview for the Resource Management Partner – Marketing:

• Serve as the operational partner for marketing business units, focusing on budget management, financial planning, procurement, and contractor oversight.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable financial plans, ensuring spend aligns with budget forecasts.
• Monitor ongoing budget performance, update forecasts, and flag variances to maintain control and support decision-making.
• Oversee procurement processes, vendor relationships, and contingent workforce administration, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and operational scaling across marketing functions.

Requirements for the Resource Management Partner – Marketing:

• Proven experience partnering with marketing teams to manage budgets, forecasts, and spend tracking in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for financial analysis and automation.
• Solid understanding of procurement, vendor management, and compliance with financial policies.
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex financial data into clear guidance for non-financial stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
