Job Summary: This role serves as a key operational liaison between finance and marketing teams, ensuring budgets are meticulously planned and managed. You will provide critical financial insights and support procurement processes to enable efficient marketing execution. Your expertise will drive financial accuracy, optimize spend, and streamline operations for supported business units.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage annual budget plans for marketing teams.
- Monitor spending, update forecasts, and identify variances.
- Provide financial analysis to guide resource allocation.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing and purchase order processes.
- Oversee contingent workforce administration and expense tracking.
Must-Have Skills:- Expertise in budgeting and financial planning.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to problem-solve complex financial issues
Industry Experience:- Experience supporting a marketing, sales, or other commercial function within a large enterprise is preferred.
