About the Role:Hearts 4 Him Inc in Tomball, TX is looking for a motivated and compassionate Resource Department Helper to join their team! Responsibilities:- Assist the Resource Department with daily operational tasks and support functions
- Organize, sort, and maintain inventory of resources and supplies
- Help coordinate distribution of resources to those in need
- Support staff and volunteers in completing department projects and initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and general administrative duties
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth department operations
Requirements:- Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, mission-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to perform physical tasks such as lifting, sorting, and stocking
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in a warehouse, nonprofit, or resource center is a plus but not required
- Positive attitude and genuine desire to serve the community
