Banana Bay Resort and Marina is seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vibrant and guest-focused property. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, optimizing operational efficiency, and supporting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all hotel departments including Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage.
Ensure daily operations run smoothly while maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.
Collaborate with the General Manager on hotel strategies, staffing plans, budgets, and service improvement initiatives.
Monitor guest feedback and respond promptly to complaints, requests, or concerns.
Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.
Work closely with the Maintenance team to ensure the property is well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations.
Implement and uphold hotel policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
Assist with forecasting, inventory control, and financial reporting as required.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and guest-centered service throughout the hotel.

Minimum 3 years of hotel operations or hospitality management experience.
Proven leadership and team-building skills.
Strong knowledge of hospitality software systems (PMS, POS, etc.).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
