This role oversees therapists, case managers, and residential staff while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed services that meet agency, Medicaid, and DCFS standards.This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed clinician who thrives in a leadership role, enjoys mentoring staff, and is passionate about advancing program quality and improving outcomes for youth and families.What You'll DoLead and supervise a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of Therapists, Case Managers, and Unit Coordinators.Provide clinical oversight, reflective supervision, and guidance to support trauma-informed and strengths-based treatment approaches.Review treatment plans, documentation, and service delivery practices to ensure compliance with agency, Medicaid, and DCFS requirements.Co-chair weekly core team meetings and facilitate treatment staffings to promote communication, collaboration, and goal alignment.Support continuous quality improvement efforts through program evaluation, data analysis, and outcome-focused planning.Review and approve critical incident reports, safety documentation, and client records.Partner with program leadership to evaluate staff performance, support professional development, and maintain training compliance.Participate in an on-call rotation and provide support during crises or emergent program needs.Who We're Looking ForRequiredMaster's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.Current Illinois LCSW, LCPC, or Licensed Psychologist credential.Minimum of five years of human services experience.Minimum of three years of supervisory, management, or leadership experience.Valid Illinois driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and leadership skills.PreferredExperience working in residential treatment settings or youth-serving organizations.Knowledge of DCFS, Council on Accreditation (COA), and Medicaid documentation requirements.Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and contributing to program development.Experience with trauma-informed care, residential treatment, and child welfare systems.Position Requirements & Work EnvironmentWork Location: Child & Family Treatment Center (CFTC), 4833 N. Francisco Ave., Chicago, IL 60625.Schedule: Full-time onsite position. Typical schedule includes three days from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM and two days from 1:00 PM-12:00 AM.On-Call Responsibilities: Participation in a rotating on-call schedule to provide clinical support and emergency response.Travel/Driving: Occasional travel between Lawrence Hall locations and community-based meetings as needed.Work Environment: Residential treatment setting serving youth with emotional and behavioral health needs.Other Position Requirements: Must successfully complete all required background checks, credentialing requirements, and ongoing training obligations.Compensation and BenefitsWe care about the well-being of our employees and are proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package that includes:Salary: $68,300-$74,300 annually.
